This Manager views the project from a business perspective, and is responsible for facilitating communication, decision-making, and quality control. In cases where circumstances warrant, NeoReality has elected to contract with an outside professional to act as Project Manager in order to legitimize the position as a neutral entity between development team and client team.

Technology

Plainly, we take project management seriously. We consider the clear organization and assurance that it provides as a competitive advantage of our firm. To support the human managers, we constructed a custom-made task management system called RB that runs every aspect of consultancy operations at NeoReality, and is totally geared for Internet projects. Every task we do for a client is run through RB. Our Directors are demanding in their desire for realtime project information, so RB has to live up to strict expectations — fortunately you can take advantage of the same keen eyes for management because your Project Manager will employ exactly the same system to keep you on top of things.
