Importance of Process
Advertising a formal process has recently become fashionable among web developers. One should keenly note whether this is lip service or a true belief in far superior results through a structured engagement. Early in our second year, NeoReality's principals directed that a formal process be drafted and then regularly developed as the industry matured. NeoReality today fundamentally relies on its process for quality project execution.
It is worth noting that NeoReality considers the process a business-based issue — an extension of Project Management — rather than a technical-based issue, which is perhaps why managers at our client businesses often compliment the execution of the process.
