New Link
Not big news but I just wanted everyone to notice.  There is a new link in the green box up top that lets you download whatever crazy old "classic" map Jazzman has thrown at us this week on the AQ server.   I came on tonight and for the first time in a very long time I found the AQ server up, but with nobody in it.  I was baffled.  Then I scrolled down the QPlug list and saw that it was running Mall3, which I didn't have, and apparently no one else had either.   So now when that happens you can come back to this page and find a link for it at the top.  Also updated the upcoming practices box with the next two dates.

Daily Jazz...
As some of you may know I am a huge movie fanatic. I have a huge collection of movies on video and already over 40 movies on DVD. I have tons of sites I visit to read about upcoming movies etc. One very cool resource I figured I would share with you guys is Cinemachine. Have you ever wanted to read a bunch of reviews on a movie and not waste a bunch of time looking for them all? Well Cinemachine is the answer. You put in the name of the movie and it will give you a list of all reviews on movie review sites. I use it quite a bit. Check it out and let me know what you think. Could save you from wasting money on a suck ass movie. - Jazzman-X-[2:20 pm EST]

Servers are gonna scream...
This morning we are upgrading the router on our system at Interline. The previous router was not big enough for the amount of bandwidth we have. So to make a long story short we expect about a 2000% increase in overall performance due to this upgrade. This should carry over to the WC servers. This was the biggest bottleneck we had at Interline and it will be taken care of today. Hopefully after around 11am today you should notice smoother play and better connection rates. In about a week I will be moving the servers over to the new server system which is a dual P2 400. In addition we will be expanding our backbone again very soon.  - Jazzman-X-[8:20 am EST]

Daily Jazz...
Just wanted to send some words of caution everyone's way in regards to the Wing Commander movie. I was real interested in it so I went and started snooping around. According to about 4 different sources the movie is supposed to be really bad. So unless your just a huge Wing Commander fan you might want to reconsider. According to everything I have read the movie was gonna go straight to video but the studio decided to try and make a quick buck since Freddie Prince Jr. is in it and the movie "She's all that" has done good at the box office. That is too bad. I really would have liked it to start a good sci-fi franchise.  If you want to really read some inside info on the movie go here: Coronas: Wing Commander  - Jazzman-X-[2:30 pm EST]

Daily Jazz...
I am looking forward to Quake 3 Arena big time. I was talking to Gator last night and he is getting hyped too. This may sound crazy but I will let you guys in on a secret of mine. I think that when Q3A comes out I am starting from scratch. By that I mean I am gonna take every other damn FPS game off my machine and convert over to Q3A 100% (assuming it is kickass like I am sure it will be). I am just wanting to stick to one thing and Q3A is as good as anything else to start over with. (btw: I will probably change my mind on this by this afternoon but it is how I have felt for awhile, hehe) - Jazzman-X-[10:30 am EST]

Q3A Pic
I just figured i would share this cool pic I just saw in a Q3A preview. One of the many pics showing how the id boys can make levels in colors other than brown and tan. Looks pretty cool. Kinda got that Half-Life look to the cliff. Anyway here is the Q3A picture. - Jazzman-X-[10:30 am EST]

LB2 PC counts...
I removed the numbers from above. I know who is bringing computers at this point so I did not want to leave it up there. We will take a look at all the numbers and evaluate if we need to make any adjustments in the next few days. Right now we have an odd number of PC's coming which may not be so bad since it will enable us to have a additional dedicated server.  - Jazzman-X-[9:30 am EST]

Movies and More...
Yeah, I'll be sleeping outside the theater the night before its released.  (Then I'll be doing it again for StarWars.)   Anyways, the movie has changed the story line a little bit from the game and the books.  Also, the nice lovable furballs er I mean Kilrathi look a little meaner now.   They hired Digital Anvil to do the CGI for the movie, so the graphics should be very good. Go to www.wcnews.com for some insite and spoilers on the movie.

Wing Commander: The Movie
Today I saw the end of a tv commercial for the Wing Commander Movie.  This thing has spent more time in the "under development" phase than Unreal and Duke Nukem Forever combined.  I remember the Wing Commander games were the first ones to have cool little movie-like clips throughout the game, and a movie idea was brought up around the time WC4 came out.  I didn't see enough of the preview to know whether it looked cool or not, but I will probably go see it anyway just for the hell of it.  If we're going to support movies based off computer games, it might as well be ones like Wing Commander rather than Mario Bros. (yeech)  The movie trailer guy voice said it comes out in March I think.  If no one else, I know at least Antimatter will be interested.

Crew in action...
I was on the AQ2 server last night for a little while. While I was there Cyris stopped in. We had some fun playing on Mall2 for a few minutes. Later on I saw Freezer in there but I was off to dreams of LB2 by then. I also saw Ripley on the CTF server and tried to join but I guess my CTF got screwed up or something and I need to DL the new patch again because it said my map version for q2ctf7 was different. Something got whacked. Did not see anyone else around, quiet night from WC. - Jazzman-X-[11:00 am EST]

Daily Jazz...
I just watched the new Q3 movie (see at Blues). Looks pretty cool and has me hyped even more. It is only like a 3.9mb download. The picture quality is fair but a couple things you can make out look really cool. The sky effect in the background looked very active and cool. Also check out the cool backflip the guy does off the ledge. The environments also look much more dynamic to me. Anyway...check it out if you get a chance. - Jazzman-X-[11:00 am EST]

AQ2 server notes...
I have had several people request I restart the "Classic map of the Week" up on my server again. So....today it has begun again. This week the map is the infamous "Mall 2". The classic garage fights, getting shot in the face opening doors and playing on the slide (my fav) are all back. Enjoy.  - Jazzman-X-[9:00 pm EST]

Jazz notes...
I talked to Gator a little while ago. He confirmed some of the people bringing PC's or not. I am only missing a couple now. Looks like we will have around 14 or so if all works out as it appears. - Jazzman-X-[9:00 pm EST]

**LAN BLAST 2- All coming reply!
Ok our next task is to confirm how many of the people coming are bringing PC's. I have put next to each persons name above how many PC's they are bringing. If there is no number next to your name then you need to email me and let me know you are bringing your PC. (BTW: We encourage everyone to bring your PC. If you don't you may be standing around a lot) This is very important as we need to make sure we have enough room. Tox and @myth are using my PC's to help explain their zeros. Let either me or FRaG GoD know ASAP.    - Jazzman-X-[11:18 am EST]

LB2 notes...
Just a quick update on a couple people not coming. CyRiS is pretty much not going to make it now. He was having some transportation problems. He will hopefully make the next one. I also received an email from Blake of 6e9. He said none of their guys would make this one but that a couple of them would definitely be interested in our LB3 which we are planning for June or July.

Antimatter cannot make this one also due to transportation issues. Most everyone in the top section above is expected to show up. My understanding on Biff is that he has been real busy lately so he may not be confirmed until a few days before the event.

I just wanted to let all of you know about one other piece of info. I have been in contact with a LAN group in Sarasota. They have LAN parties pretty often and we are discussing maybe hooking our groups up in the future for a big blowout LAN party. They had one last weekend that I wish I could have went to.  - Jazzman-X-[11:18 am EST]

Office Space...
If you have not seen this movie yet, you must.  ZapMan and I saw it last night and it was absolutely hilarious.  Mr. Cranky gave it 3 bombs, but I give it a ten.  We also saw Jawbreakers tonight, which had more chicks in it, but wasn't as good.  Nothing beats the printer error-handling displayed in Office Space.  Kick ass!

Cabman comes through
Yesterday Cabman swung by and dropped off 2 more 8-port hubs for the LB2. I have yet to test them but they are brand new and appear to be fine. I will test them soon. Everyone make sure to thank him if you see him on the servers or at the LB2 since he is going to be there.  - Jazzman-X-[8:48 am EST]

Servers updated
I updated BW-Admin to the latest 1.54 version. This version is a couple versions updated from what we were running. Fixes several bugs. It also adds a few new features I was not sure about. Hopefully this will fix the problem we have been having with the CTF server crashing the last few days. Thanks to FG for telling me about the new version.  - Jazzman-X-[3:08 pm EST]

I'm drowning in a sea of email..
Well LAN BLAST 2 is going to burn a very memorable image into its attendees minds..it already has to me as I get CC'd 300 messages a day..Thanks Jazz..hehe  Just remember to check out the info page on this event before you go emailing 80 questions about it.. I think the information on that page will just about answer every question that may be asked.  Oh yeah I forgot..Monica Lewinsky is going to be the evening show so you won't want to miss it..bring a cigar for an extra surprise.  See you there. - Freezer [11:35am EST]

LAN BLAST 2- Directions and Maps...
I updated the directions page a little to give the cross street the building is on. I also put up a page with a very clear map and another page with satellite photos of the building (really).  Here it is: LAN BLAST 2 Info    - Jazzman-X-[10:38 am EST]

LAN BLAST 2 INFORMATION IS UP!!!!
I got all the basic info up. We will be making some additions to this like a map, links to the files and other things. So check this stuff out and read it all very carefully. If you have any questions let me know. Here it is: LAN BLAST 2 Info    - Jazzman-X-[11:38 pm EST]

LAN BLAST 2 info coming...
I have been working on a information packet in MS Word for the last 2 hours. This will be available tomorrow night after we go over it at our meeting. We will also have a page up about the event tomorrow night as well. Look for it on here around 9pm or very close there after. - Jazzman-X-[10:10 pm EST]

More LAN BLAST 2 confirmations...
Ok I talked to Malebolgia on the CTF server tonight and he said he was coming although he may not be there until late afternoon because of work. I was also told by Freezer that Myagi_sun was pretty much for sure coming with him.

I have also heard word from FRaG God that Skube of IWG says that it is pretty much solid that they have 2-3 people coming. I will wait till we have our meeting tomorrow to confirm this before we add them to the confirmed area above.

So if my math is right that is like around 17-18 confirmed! The next thing we have to confirm is how many of those are bringing their computers. We wont need or have room for that many. We really want like 12 at the most.   - Jazzman-X-[10:10 pm EST]

LAN BLAST 2 mania continues...
We are making more and more progress everyday on LAN BLAST 2. We are having a meeting tomorrow to talk over more issues. I plan to have a page up on here by the end of the week with all the info regarding the event. What to bring, what we are doing, times, directions, etc.

If any of you have any suggestions or questions send them to me ASAP so we can discuss them at our meeting tomorrow. We will be going through our list of people coming again soon to confirm with each of you that you are coming. We also need those who say they may be coming to try and be a little more definite. There are issues that require us to know how many and who is coming. So please only tell us if you are coming or not. Maybes just screw up our plans.

The one thing I will say is if there is any way you can make it I highly recommend you do not miss it. This baby is gonna rock!!! - Jazzman-X-[2:10 pm EST]

Config changes on AQ Server...
I changed a few settings this morning that I want all of you to be familiar with and give me feedback on. First here is a list of some of the changes:

  • Have it set where you get 1 grenade if you select Bandoleer as special
  • Lowered max knives carry from 40 to 20
  • Turned off individual frag scores (only see team score and total team frags)

I did the grenade change to just see if it throws the balance off that bad. I figured with just one grenade maybe it would not make a huge difference. At least it would justify taking it to some people. The knives lowering was to make sure we do not have any overflow problems (made mention of it in readme). I turned the individual frags off because our server is a Teamplay server. I feel that individual frags should not be a factor. It is the team score that counts. Maybe people will play more as a team since they do not have to worry about being number one on the frag list.

Everyone please give me feedback on these changes either for or against them.

Also I did receive the emails from some of you about the weird overflow error. I sent comments to the A-team guys and they said that was a very rare thing. I guess we will watch it and see. - Jazzman-X-[11:30 am EST]

AQ Server UPDATED!!
Ok I got the new 1.5 version installed late last night. I went on twice but nobody else was on so I could really test it. Seems better. Been running a long time without crashing. I have yet to look over all the changes. I understand there are some neat things like IR goggles among other things. I will do more playing with the config on Monday when I am actually on the server. Give any feedback on things you see. If you know of any cool things to do or not do let me know. - Jazzman-X-[1:30 pm EST]

Frag God updates
After many months of months of lies, deceit, sidestepping the issue, and heated verbal battles, it finally happened.  No I'm not talking about the Presidential impeachment verdict, nobody gives a crap about that.  I'm talking about Action Quake version 1.5  finally being released!

Of course it is not REALLY finished... only a server side patch is out, the client side pak will be available "soon".  And I have already found several annoying bugs with this new release.  But fortunately all of the major bugs that have plagued us for months have been fixed, and a couple small new features have been added.  Our servers will finally stay up all night!  woo hoo!!

Since it is a SERVER ONLY update, players DO NOT NEED TO DOWNLOAD IT.   The Telefragged servers have been busy all day, and I suspect that's because a lot of fools have been downloading the new version, thinking they need it to play on the new servers.  You don't.  I'm putting this link here mostly for Jazzman so that he can download it off our server and not wait forever for Telefragged's FTP server to open up.  Also any other server ops who happen to browse our page can get it here if they want.

Also, we have two more Confirmed Workers joining the demolition mayhem that will be LAN Blast 2.  ^Ghoti^ and T-Rex.  T-Rex made a guest appearance at the first Lan Blast (when it was held at Gator/Ripley's house) and must have enjoyed himself enough to want to come to the next one, and ^Ghoti^ is a friend of Gator and Freezer.

ZapMan's Lan Blast 2 Challenge
Well, well, well. Looks like another night of mischief and mayhem approaching in March. I'm looking forward to LB2. I am officially opening a small contest to determine a subtitle for Lan Blast 2. You know, like "Star Wars" was the first in the movie trilogy, then "Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back" was the next one. We need something like that. "Lan Blast 2: Freezer Strikes Back". You get the idea. Or "Lan Blast 2: The Quickening". Whatever. What do you win? Errr... I'm officially putting Jazzman-X in charge of a prize for that. :) Don't expect much more than glory and praise. I know you're all a creative bunch and somebody will come up with something cool. Email your suggestions to me. A side note - if anyone good at graphics wants to try creating a logo graphic, go ahead and send that to me too. Otherwise I'll draw up something similar to the one I made for Lan Blast 1 (the red and blue one on that button up there on the top left). - ZapMan-[7:30 pm EST]

More LAN BLAST 2 info...
Well I just got off the phone with yet another person coming. Immoral is a guy who plays on our AQ2 server quite a bit lately. He is planning on coming also. He lives here in Ft. Myers. So the list continues to grow. Here are a couple other things we are planning to answer some questions I have been receiving.

  • Yes we are gonna have some organized matches and contests.
  • There will be prizes provided by the event sponsor NeoReality.
  • No a computer is not one of the prizes. But there will be some cool prizes like games and computer accessories among other things.
  • There will be some food and beverages already there but.... we expect everyone to bring some drinks and/or food too. Or at least bring some cash for runs we may make at the event.
  • We are planning on having a special handout of sorts for every person attending (this will be kept Top Secret until the event).

There is a bunch more to tell you guys but we do not want to throw everything at you all at once. Just keep checking here for more info.  - Jazzman-X-[3:30 pm EST]

* LAN BLAST 2... More Info!!!!!
We are moving right along on our plans for the event. I have had confirmations from many more members and non-members. The date is now set : March 6th, 10am start time. We will continue until we all pass out or people have to leave. For local people we are planning to get together on the Friday night before and getting a start on setting up the LAN. This will save us a little time on Saturday. We finally heard back from Jundice who was the deciding factor on this date. Here is a new updated list of everyone confirmed as coming: (* Updated list will stay above for now)

LAN BLAST 2

Jazzman-X
FRaG God
Freezer
Toxoph
Jundice

Zapman
Gator
Ripley
@myth
Cabman

We have about 5-8 others we are awaiting confirmation on but sound like they are coming. We have also invited 6e9 and IWG guys. We have no word on any of them coming at this point but we do know that IWG has several members living in Florida so it is a possibility. This is gonna be at least a 12-15 computer LAN event.

I still have not received replies from all WC members yet. Although most of you have now answered me. This LAN BLAST 2 is gonna be huge!! For you guys not able to make this one the next one will probably be around late June or early July. So start planning now.  - Jazzman-X-[8:30 am EST]

** LAN BLAST 2...
We have had a few more responses in regards to the LAN BLAST 2. Right now I have 7 people confirmed as going and 1 confirmed as not going. That leaves like 8-10 of you yet to respond. Here is the list of people going so far:

Jazzman-X, Zapman, FRaG God, Gator, Ripley, Freezer and @myth

We also have like 3 other to be confirmed: Myagi Sun and a few others Freezer knows. Along with Antimatter and Jundice who have said before they were coming but have yet to confirm. Also Jobujo once said he may be interested (he is in Atlanta) and Malebolgia and a non member Cabman who are both in Naples may come.

If any of you guys that are coming from out of town want to come but need a place to stay let me know. I have room for at least one of you at my house. We can find other arrangements if needed for any of you. I just really need all of you to respond and let me know if you may come. We are making plans for food, prizes etc. The dates we are looking at are either: (Saturday) March 6th or March 13th. - Jazzman-X-[11:30 am EST]

Last night...
We had our weekly AQ2 practice last night. (we do it weekly with 6e9 now) I got on around 906pm and the server was down. I restarted and was there from around 906pm - 1010pm. Toxoph, Cyris and Violent Marv were all there at different times also. I had to go for a phone call and then could not get back in because the server was full. I was gonna kick someone but by then it was 1040pm so I didn't bother.

I saw that several 6e9 guys showed up also. I am going to talk to Blake about having a kindof official practice/match against them on one of the upcoming Tuesday nights. One where we will play specific maps and lock the server down. This open server practice is ok sometimes but I would like us to have a more organized practice with them also. - Jazzman-X-[11:30 am EST]

Action 1.5 due out within 2 days
That's according to Fool Killer, who is working closely with the Axshun guys.  He said that Axshun .99 was just finished, and that the final version should be ready today or tomorrow.  They're running out of room to bullshit so we should have our hands on this stuff real soon.  Someone is also making good progress on a bot for AQ teamplay, and according to Suislide it is looking very good and has a lot of possibilities.  Hopefully they'll finish it before Q3 comes out so people might actually use it.  Link to Action Quake home.

***Shitty response to LAN BLAST 2 request...
I have had a grand total of 2 people respond to my post the other day. Please everyone let me know how those dates sound and whether you are planning on coming to LAN BLAST 2 or not. - Jazzman-X-[2:30 pm EST]

New Action map- "Actcity3"
I just put it in rotation. Have not played it yet but I am such a fan of actcity2 I had to put it on the server. I have it second in rotation behind actcity2. Here is a link to the Telefragged page to download it: Actcity3. - Jazzman-X-[2:30 pm EST]

Funny shit
I know I probably aggravate some of you with these Mr. Cranky movie reviews but the guy makes me laugh so hard I hurt myself sometimes. Anyway I know a few of you read him regularly like I do. I just read this review and laughed my ass off. The last paragraph just killed me. This movie sounds so whacked and stupid I've got to see it. FRaG GoD let me know if you ever see this in the video stores, hehe. Here is the review: "Mr. Cranky Kissed review" - Jazzman-X-[12:30 pm EST]

***WC LAN BLAST 2
Ok, we are getting closer and closer to getting specifics on this. Right now if I am not mistaken we are shooting to have it around either (Saturday) March 6th or March 13th. It will be here in Naples, Florida (exact location still to be determined...). These dates fall in line with spring break so that perhaps both Antimatter and Jundice can make it from out of town. Also if any of you other guys are thinking of coming let me know. I can help to set up accommodations etc if you want. We are gonna have probably anywhere from 8-10 computers I think (assuming all that come are bringing at least 1).

Everyone please let me know how these dates sound and tell me if one or the other sounds best for you. EVERYONE EMAIL ME AND SAY WHETHER YOU ARE COMING OR NOT. Please? Hehe, anyway this one is gonna be kickass. We are gonna have legit contest and matches, food, drink, and also prizes to give out. Should be a lot of fun. - Jazzman-X-[11:50 am EST]

Daily Jazz...
FRaG GoD explained what happen to me on Tuesday pretty well so I wont go into it. I wanted to let you all know that I will be gone this entire weekend so I will make sure the servers are up like late Friday night and then I wont be around to check them until Sunday late afternoon.

I keep hearing a new AQ2 release is near and I think if it is as bug free as they say maybe our constant server crashes will become a thing of the past. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Wouldn't it be nice to be like back in the old days and not have to worry about if the server is going to be up when you go online? Sheez what a pain in the ass! - Jazzman-X-[11:50 am EST]

Site Updates...
I updated the quote of the day on front page. Also I saw that FRaG GoD put links to the mouse rate programs on the files page. If you have a PS2 mouse you should go check those out. - Jazzman-X-[11:50 am EST]

Practices and server stuff
Well the AQ practice the other night was right after a business meeting we had, and although I remembered about it, Greg was at our place and couldn't do anything about it anyway.  And once again a CTF event is fudged by crashing servers.  Both ours and IWG's CTF servers crashed before the practice start time, so we eventually ended up on ViKiNgCTF server.  Apparently the Viking mod is not long dead like I thought it was.  It's still alive, with more cool features, and more annoying bugs.  It apparently is detecting locational damage because it would tell me whenever I shot someone in the head or legs or whatever, but I don't think it actually made any difference as far as damage goes.  Towards the end of our practice I got majorly lagged out, and so I reconnected.  It seems to remember user info such as what team you're on and what your score was if you get disconnected, but when I rejoined, I was turned into some kind of ghost player.  I was apparently on the Red team, but I didn't show up in the score board, and I couldn't use the grappling hook at all.  Eventually this grapple problem spread to other players and soon caused the end of the practice.

It was quite fun up until then though.  Myself and at least 3 other people ran around for over an hour on maps we've never seen before.   Bumping into each other and hoping to be doing something useful for our team.   I lost track early on, but I think most of the members of each clan showed up at some point.  Too much craziness to keep track of that.

I think the CTF server crashing has something to do with the AQ server crashing.  The last two times I've been online, I went onto the AQ server and played until it crashed.  Then I switched over to the CTF server, which would run fine for a while, and then I would start pinging 999 for 5-10 seconds and then the server would just stop responding.  It happened almost exactly the same both times, but we were on different maps and with different people.  Probably some new code in the latest version of CTF conflicting with something in the Action server.   Luckily the word is that Bartender of the A-Team likes the Axshun .98 release and that means we should have a new version of AQ very soon.  About god damn time.

CTF PRACTICE TONIGHT
Everyone should have gotten the email from Gator about CTF practice against IWG.  This is usually  fun as hell and doesn't require you to rape a clown to attend.  (man what the hell was that..rape a clown?..hehe) Anyway we made it much easier to get to IWG's server just click that server button up top and look for it the click JOIN..

AQ2 Practice
I just want to thank all who showed up for the AQ2 practice last night with 6e9.  Overall the practice went well once we got all the garbage off the server, it seems someone forgot to lock the server down.   Dunno maybe no one emailed him and said if they were going to attend but even with some garbage the practice went well.  I showed off my exceptional sniper skills (yeah right) and everyone had a good time.  Jazz in the future you can expect at least four of us to show up to practice.  Also try to find five minutes to relax and have some fun..too much work is gonna kill ya..hehe

Server pages updated
I updated the server pages last night and today.  I removed all the "dead" servers and added some from the Gamespy list that I usually play on.  If you don't like the servers then hey send us an I.P. of a better one.  I also added a few 3 Team CTF servers for the hell of it.   So check out the main page as well as the Action page...enjoy.  -Freezer-[8:24 pm EST]

Lithium CTF fixed..I think?
I was finally able to take a minute to investigate the CTF/Lithium problem. I found I had to replace 2 files to get Lithium to work again that the new CTF version had replaced. It started fine but as usual I can not test it here because I can not actually play from the server. All of you please check it out tonight and let me know if the Lithium stuff is working again. - Jazzman-X-[4:50 pm EST]

Old Crusty Gamers
There is a great article I just read over at Loonygames (my daily reading now). The article is great to me because the guy who wrote it is the same age as me.  He was bringing nostalgia tears to my eyes talking about the old days of gaming. It is a funny article all of you should check it out if you get a second. Here is a direct link to it: Old Crusty Gamers.

A few things have been going on with me lately. As you all know I have been real busy with work stuff. (Damn real life shit!) I do see some free time coming on the horizon so I hope it all goes well. I have barely even been on my computer at home. When I do have some time I am doing work. I have not played hardly any games in the last 2-3 weeks. (I did play NFS 3 on Saturday I think for like 15 minutes and I played those Beta games like one night about 2 weeks ago).

I am not trying to bitch at you guys I am just letting you know why I have not been around. I know a lot of you wonder what's up. All of you remember we have a pretty good sized clan. Just because I am not around does not mean the rest of you cannot get organized and do things. I will return so be ready to get your ass whooped when I get back, hehe.   - Jazzman-X-[10:20 am EST]

Server issues...
As some of you may have noticed the servers were worse than usual at staying up this weekend. We went and installed a bunch of new remote software on the system for the new servers here and it sucked up a lot of space. So I had to do some house cleaning. The server was down to like 70mb so it was crashing with low space errors. That was not enough for 2 servers, PC Anywhere, and a few other security applications.

Anyway stupid me found out that I had not been deleting the Norton protected trash that the Norton's Utilities keeps track of. There was like 150mb in there. So I got like 300mb free on the server now. That should get things back to normal. I plan to run a few diagnostics today to free up and optimize it a little more. - Jazzman-X-[10:20 am EST]
