Neo Exec Speaks to Local Students

NeoReality's Web Development Director addressed students at Lee County High Tech Center Central and Florida Gulf Coast University.

FORT MYERS, FL — Today students at both Lee County High Tech Center Central and Florida Gulf Coast University received a visit from Martin Flack, Web Development Director for, and cofounder of, NeoReality, Inc.

In a morning presentation, Flack discussed technical subjects with students of web design at LCHTCC, starting by asking their opinions of two popular web design programs — Micrsoft FrontPage and Macromedia Dreamweaver — and moving through student questions regarding Internet careers, web projects, design opinions, starting a consultancy, and staying up with latest tech news.

Later, Flack switched to first and second-year university business students in a return visit to FGCU's College of Business. In Dr. Ritchie's Introduction to Business class, Flack spoke with students on the structural forms of business, small business management, high vs. low capitalization, and general business techniques, mixing in humor and a taste of Flack's own philosophies. In an email to NeoReality, Dr. Ritchie indicated that his students, in their words, called the presentation “awesome”.

Flack called his speaking duties a delight and acknowledged the benefits of community participation.

NeoReality was founded in 1997 as a web development firm in Fort Myers, Florida, and now handles clientele from around the world, specializing in web programming, security, and ecommerce.
