Example — Translation
An example of a running update is translation. As pages in a main site change as a result of employees making edits and/or custom software changing values, those changes must be reflected in translated versions of those pages. For example, a site may offer French and Spanish versions of its text. When the English home page gets updated with a news item, the French and Spanish pages must both be updated as well. The most basic of these reports is a traffic analysis report generated from Webtrends, Urchin, Webalizer or a similar program. Custom analysis software may be employed for special logs specific to the client's web site. Search engine reports show rankings and visibility in the various major engines. Click reports show the results of marketing efforts including pay systems. On top of these, clients may request specialized reports, queries, estimates or flat out opinions at any point, and our consultants put together this information as rapidly as possible.
